  • The Open Class Buggies* (*derived from the Baja 1000 Buggies that compete in the U.S.A. Score-International) are unique, limited production vehicles that we have made and tested for you on all types of terrain and in the most famous competition in the world: the Dakar rally.

    The cars have a perfect chassis: robust, ultra-versatile and neutral in all terrains, off-road, gravel and tarmac. In harmony with the mechanics of great reliability and lightness (50 cm travel suspension, 8 shock absorbers, 2200 cm3 16-valve petrol engine with excellent low-RPM high-torque and a 5-speed manual transmission) they are the ideal option (a high-performance vehicle at a logic budget) to enjoy a revolutionary driving experience.

    Open Class Buggy: a perfectly simple vehicle with only the basics, no useless electronics, total weight of only 800 kg at your disposal for a pure and surprising driving experience. Why this engine?

  • Better combustion efficiency, peak torque at lower rpm's because of undersquare design stroke ratio: more efficient and higher fuel economy compared with a 2 square or oversquare engine. Undersquare engines have a higher volume/surface area ratio, leading to reduced heat loss and higher BSFC*
  • *(Brake-specific fuel consumption (BSFC) is a measure of the fuel efficiency of any prime mover that burns fuel and produces rotational, or shaft power. It is typically used for comparing the efficiency of internal combustion engines with a shaft output. It is the rate of fuel consumption divided by the power produced.
